TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

We are searching for a Technical Assistant to join our friendly team. This is a newly established position aimed at freeing up our directors’ time to facilitate further business growth. The bakery currently holds SALSA accreditation and is working towards achieving BRC accreditation within the year. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading the charge towards this higher level of accreditation and will be responsible for managing the overall Quality Management System. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities and excellent opportunities for professional development within our thriving organisation.

 

The ideal candidate will be methodical with impeccable attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and an understanding of HACCP and health and safety procedures within the workplace.
