We will need to know quantities, flavours, colours, any extras you are after, date/time and details of collection or delivery. The more information you can provide us with the better. We will then get back to you with an exact quote. Ideally we would like at least 3 days notice for all orders, but if you're short of time, contact us and we'll see what we can do. For larger orders and for weddings it is advisable to book as early as possible to reserve that space in our very busy diary! When an order is received an invoice will be raised and emailed over.
To confirm your order we require a 50% deposit upfront unless the order is made less than one week in advance - in this case the full amount is required when placing the order. Please note that we do not take credit cards - it's cash, cheque or BACS payments only. Payment of the 50% deposit guarantees a time slot in our baking schedule and is therefore non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance of the order must be paid one week prior to the event date.
Minimum order for delivery is £10.00. We currently offer a delivery service within the South Devon area, please contact us for delivery charges before placing any orders.
Delivery is attempted once; if delivery is not executed at this time due to incorrect address or recipient not being available, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery charges. Upon delivery of the order to the recipient, we are no longer responsible for the condition of the order. We cannot accept responsibility for orders collected and delivered by a third party courier arranged by the customer. Collection can be arranged from our kitchen or from any of the events we will be attending.
For all customers wishing to hire one of our stands a damage deposit is required. This is a refundable amount returned to the customer when the stand is delivered back to us in the same condition it was hired. We ask for a deposit for the stand in case the stand is damaged, parts are missing, it's not returned within the agreed time frame or not returned at all!
All stands must be returned within 3 days of hire and can be posted (providing it is wrapped to ensure maximum protection against damage in transit), couriered or brought back in person. Returning the stand late will incur a charge of £10.00.
We reserve the right to increase our product prices in line with any major rises in production costs. We do however make every attempt to avoid this. Confirmed bookings will not be affected by these increases.
Where VAT is charged, prices quoted are inclusive of this cost. VAT invoices will be supplied with all orders.
We work in a kitchen that does handle nuts therefore we cannot guarantee that other products are nut free.
A full ingredients list can be supplied upon request. We reserve the right to withdraw certain products, packages or special offers at certain times. Confirmed bookings will not be affected by these withdrawals.
By providing as much warning as possible we can avoid making items that are not needed, or not baking/making enough.
Unfortunately if an order is cancelled the initial 50% deposit will be forfeited. We are more than happy to accommodate increases to orders providing we have the baking time available.
